Capture the Flag went well, but doing it after daylight savings is the only problem. I was a little afraid of the older ones not participating and standing around to talk, but they put forth pretty good effort.
Practice was cut short as the Team Mom's wanted to get the kids out early because they got me a birthday present that they all wanted to sign. Did get to some of the V -> S High Tempo Fly 25's, but need to make sure I get to more speed work as planned on the seasonal plan.
